Concept
To convey the issues derived from the drought that children in Phan Rang areas have to suffer, Hoang Ly has created a complex made of 10 red painted water tubes of 2.2m of height which rose up from dry soil, representing Thirst longing for Water. From each faucet comes a “transparent drop of water” which holds a picture of Phan Rang children seeking water, taken by The Phong. This drop of water is sparkling like a precious pearl carrying the radiant smiles of children who keep their joy going on in spite of their difficult life.

Với bộ ảnh mô tả sự hạn hán thiếu nước của trẻ em vùng Phan Rang, Ly tạo một quần thể rô-bi-nê cao 2,2m màu đỏ vươn cao trên đất đá khô cằn. Mỗi một vòi rô-bi-nê đỏ nhỏ ra “một giọt nước” trong suốt chứa 1 tấm ảnh Nước của Thế Phong. Giọt nuớc lóng lánh quý giá, tinh khiết như chính ánh mắt, nụ cười những nhân vật trẻ thơ trong ảnh của Thế Phong.
